"There was an issue with my bill. I was charged a late fee when my previous month's payment didn't process due to me having to cancel my card (because of a fraudulent change). I spoke with Sophia and she was very friendly and said she would look into it right away. She said she would call me when she heard back from billing (but being a couple of days before the holiday weekend it might take a bit). She actually called within a half an hour, saying the fee will be credited to my account next month and to call back if it isn't. I really appreciated her being so professional and handling this so quickly for me."
